Dicha capacitaci\u00f3n fue impartida por el Licenciado Fredy Paiz y la Licenciada Mar\u00eda Isabel Suc Estrada. El tema desarrollado fue dar a conocer la LEY DE LOS CONSEJOS DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y RURAL Y SU REGLAMENTO.
