Edwin Fernando Guerra Arriola, en la capacitaci\u00f3n de Sistema de Alerta Temprana, la cual fue organizada por CARITAS DE LA DI\u00d3SESIS DE ZACAPA e impartida por la Asociaci\u00f3n Regional Campesina Ch\u00b4orti\u00b4 (ASORECH).
