En dicha firma tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente la directora ejecutiva del Consejo Departamental de Desarrollo -CODEDE- Licenciada Dina Carlota Hern\u00e1ndez de Pinto. Con este proyecto se quiere disminuir los problemas de mortalidad y morbilidad m\u00e1s prevalentes en la poblaci\u00f3n rural. Reducir el tiempo de espera de los servicios sanitarios.
