En dicha firma se encontraron presentes el se\u00f1or Alcalde Municipal, William Israel Ruano Flores, T\u00e9cnico de la Unidad de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental Municipal -UGAM- y el Ingeniero Edgar Marquez, delegado del Instituto Nacional de Bosques -INAB-.
